Meet our team of agricultural insurance brokers based in Lichfield

Mark established Farmcare Insurance Services in 1998, after working with a subsidiary of NatWest as a Regional Manager. He has built the business whilst retaining the ethos of providing personal service, ensuring all clients are known to the staff so they receive personal service.

Mark’s focus is visiting existing clients at renewal to maintain a good working relationship and to discuss any changes to their business as well as providing advice on cover and risk. As well as this, Mark also visits new business leads to obtain information enabling us to provide a quotation.

Alex joined Farmcare in July 2014. She had previously worked in financial services but was new to Farm Insurance. Alexandra started out supporting the day-to-day administration of the office and also took on a marketing role by establishing and running a Facebook page.

Alex has now filled the position of Senior Office Manager, overseeing the organisation of the office and allowing Mark to focus on clients.

Katie has been working for Farmcare since September 2016, and was previously a claims adjustor for Gallagher Bassett International Ltd.

Whilst she was new to Farm Insurance, Katie brought with her a knowledge of claims handling as well as insurance experience. Katie has a law degree from the University of Derby and is working towards her CII qualification. She works with Alex on the day-to-day running of the office.

Zoe joined Farmcare in January 2020 from a previous client-facing role, and utilises these skills to focus on business expansion.

Zoe has a keen interest in British agriculture, regularly assisting on her local farm, bringing a wealth of knowledge and understanding to her role.
